For children and families you can expect to romp in a field, jaunt to the beach, have lots of fun and play time and leave with a a special memory and lots of ideas for how to display your new photos!

For newborns (our favorites), you can expect a very, very warm room, white noise (like the womb), lots of cuddling and breaks for nursing.

After you book your session, we will send you information on what to wear and more details on what to expect. We'll work very closely with you to decide on wardrobe, location, background choices and an overall look to create a session that truly reflects your personal style.

Purchasing Session
After your session we will upload a couple of "sneak peeks" to our blog, then work on artistically editing your images. We'll set a time to have a viewing and purchasing session and you'll go home with a guide on how to measure your walls and lots of ideas for decorating. We offer custom archival framing, as well as gallery wrapped canvases and metallic prints. I custom design our albums, cards, coffee table books, and brag books. We also offer photo jewelry.

We want to know your unique needs, and how our services can be best used for you and your family. We'll take the time to find out about what you want your session to be like, where you would like have it, and have clothing suggestions. The session itself is not rushed, and we take as much time as is required to obtain the quality images you desire. This philosophy is also important in the ordering process, and we also provide individual guidance when deciding how to best utilize your investment.

Because of the solid reputation I have built based on referrals from satisfied clients, sessions do fill very quickly. It is best to book as far in advance as possible, to ensure you are able to have this unique custom photography experience!

Nico Moon Photography is a full-service boutique photography studio in Malibu, 10 miles from Los Angeles and Santa Monica (in southern California). We shoot mostly on location or at your home. Newborn sessions are best in our home studio, but we can come to you if you prefer.
